Here's an intresting thing: When using a WATTCP application, Arachne
included, downloads from (usually international sites) tend to 'pause'
for 6,7, even 16 seconds every now and then, and then resume.
When using Windows, it doesnt seem to happen at all. Both in Win95 with
its dialer and Trumpet on Win3.11, and on Linux (where I use kppp, if
it matters.)
Anyone knows why?..
