Michael....well, as slow as I am, I got this one by 0800 (my time) so
here is a little feedback:

1. I downloaded, installed from scratch (did not reuse .CFGs and .ACFs,
and logged onto Arachne Quick Chat in exactly 50 minutes.
2. Nothing went wrong. Everything was as usual with the installation.
I accepted all the defaults, and auto-detect modem hit it exact.
    I have;
        486dlc40 with 32Mbytes RAM
modem is set at 38400 working into a 33.6K connection.
RealTEK RTVGA with 512Kram set for 640 x 480...I need the
larger characters for my tired, old eyes...so I never
run at 800 x 600, even though my RTVGA card supports
           this...<g>
3. This install had no surprises, which means that (as far as the
install goes) nothing has changed for the worse in this version's
Install Package...NOTE - the annoying .cfgwiz.dgi screen STILL
has no links or instructions to tell you to ALT-X to complete the
installation. Like I said....no surprises, and nothing new about
    this install....<g g g>
4. So far, surfing has not shown any problems, but I've only been
using it for about 1 hour....wait until I go hit some of the
    "hard" pages....<g.

........gregy
