Arachne v.1.65 hangs every now and then

Well, Michael. What have you done ? Watching too much Windows ? ;-)

Seriously speaking, v.1.65 seems to hang every now and then. Far too
often in fact. One place where it always seems to hang is when I clicking
the "Clean cache" button on the "Lock file detected" dialogue. After
pressing the button, some tiny dashes comes up over the screen and
there's nothing I could to except for using The Three Finger Solution.
