Hello Michael, All; I believe I read that the font size change was to help Arachne look more like Netscape. This doesn't seem to have worked. I compared A1.65 with A1.50b2 in this regard and for me, using 640x480, there is absolutely NO change on displayed font size while viewing a Yahoo Finance page. The only thing that I can see that has changed is the font size in directory listings. The HTML fonts are still too big compared to Netscape - but of course this depends on what font sizes you have set for Netscape. <G> I also use NS on my '486 in 640x480. I have NS proportional font set to 11 and fixed font set to 10. I have to increase the NS FIXED font size to 14 to get the same effect as Arachne gives with fontshift 0 or off in 1.65. Conversely, if I set Arachne to -1, HTML pages look closer to MY Netscape but the INTERNAL html pages are also affected adversely and they were fine at fontshift 0. I suggest that ARACHNE should display her own stuff at least one font size larger than stuff she displays from the net. Maybe we should have different FONTSHIFTs for fixed and proportional like Netscape ? Just feeding back. '-) - Clarence Verge -- - Help stamp out FATWARE. As a start visit: http://home.arachne.cz/ --
