The only speed that would go down in my case is processor power.
I got access to an ISDN 64k. Ofcourse, not very common among SurvPC
users (old systems), but higher bandwidth is starting to be more availble
around. Anyway the point is that while indeed multiple downloads can
slow down the system, latly for the "common user" this doesnt really
have a big impact anymore since the bandwidth is big enough to compensate.
So the problem should probebly be more concentrated atthe CPU power and
machine requirements, and not a minimum bandwidth.

Ofcourse, one of the best thing about Arachne is that "expensive"
features can always be turned off. Thats one of the things you should
always note about it when comparing to the heavier browsers, where
you cant do it on everything.
