The easiest fix is to overwrite INSIGHT.exe with the one from 1.62 or 1.64.
This older version may treat the non-existence of \TEMP in an unfriendly
way, but that won't matter to most because they will probably actually have
a \TEMP by now. It's a bigger problem on initial install and to newbies.
