Newbies should report EVERYTHING that bugs them.
We get used to some of the "normal" problems and forget they are problems.
In fact, I just realized that my advice to copy INSIGHT 1.62 over 1.64
may not work because I've been using a VERY modified mail compose page
and THAT could be performing the fix. I can't remember what day it is
let alone whether I modified something I'm using. ;-((
I hope someone will report on the usefulness of the downgrade trick.
