These national ISP, such as FreeWWWeb, rent or lease their POPs 
(Point Of Presence) numbers from companies such as UUNET. That is why 
you need to login with your username and domain name (i.e. 
[EMAIL PROTECTED]) so that UUNET can connect you to the proper 
server. My local dialup number for FreeWWWeb is the same one I use 
for Juno Mail.
