If the CPU is a Cyrix 486DLC, then you should be able to use
a 386 copro (40MHz). The Cyrix/TI 486DLCs were used to upgrade
386 motherboards. I've had a couple of 486DLC systems with copros
pass through my hands -- both used standard 386 copros.
