 My recmommendation:
Set the clock to 40mhz.
Install a 486DX4 chip.
But, (and this the important part),..... install a cooling fan directly
on the that 486DX4 chip.

You'll end-up with (almost) the "Icomp" performance of a Pentium 75mhz
