Good link, Neil. Thanks. BTW, I noted with much interest that the
dialup locations for my own state of Virginia are the same as those
provided by the DialFree ISP, only the numbers are different. As for
dialup locations, there are many good sized cities in Virginia, such as
Norfolk, Charlottesville, Harrisonburg, and Winchester, for example,
that have no local access numbers. Many people who live in large
built-up urban areas cannot get local access to the free ISPs.
