How to delete cache?

Hello,

Could someone reminds me what should be changed
to patch the F8 key problem?  My Arachne was upgraded
with the core APM, and I just found out that I can no
longer delete cache.  I tried searching the web archive,
but the keyword "cache" yields hundereds of messages.
