Is the above date also the same as reckoned by Bishop Usher as being
the start time of the "Creation", as described in the Book of Genesis
in the Holy Bible? Bishop Usher did calculate an exact date and time
for the Creation. Does anyone know exactly when it supposedly occurred,
according to Bishop Usher?

I personally am not an adherent to the "Young Earth Theory", as advanced
by some religious factions; however, I do find this stuff very curious
and interesting. I have no interest in becoming involved in a flame war
on this subject with anyone on the list. I am merely curious as to whether
the start of the Masonic Calendar happens to coincide in any way with the
reckonings of Bishop Usher. Was he a Mason?
