No, it *shouldn't* have anything to do with files remaining in the
cache.
One thing I checked, when the files produced ended up being identical,
was the time stamp on the file in my TEMP directory. The time stamp
changed, which means the previous qs.zip file had been overwritten.
The two attachments I received did, therefore, unencode to two separate
files that just happened to have the same name.
Anyone wanting to check this more easily could choose to rename the
first file decoded and resting in the TEMP directory; they could then
*see* when the 2nd file decoded.
