According to the accompanying txt file it is the 0.6 version. and includes
PAP/CHAP. I cannot check this claim because I don't have this method.
As I remember somebody is working on minimizing Arachne so I think it would
be good to look into the reason why the two differ so much in size.
Arguable, you need to be small to work on a HPLX.
I exchanged the Arachne epppd.exe with the small epppd.exe from Goin'Postal
and there was no difference in work. Perhaps could the originator of Goin'
Special, Steven D. Lawson give us some help. As far as I know he is still on
this list. He was the fellow who gave Michael his HPLX200 during Michael's
visit to the USA.

Sounds interesting but I real;y do not have an idea what FIFO trigger level
is and what it is supposed to do. Could you explain it in plain ;-) english.
