I have a file which causes the xSwap fatal error, line 222 URLOVRL.C
every time Arachne attempts to view it.
It was an attachment to mail; it's an html message or page.
I get as far as a blue background with a box for a graphic at the left
and then error message.
Let's see if the condition is reproduceable in 1.64 and 1.66 and not
just on my system.
I've zipped it to be nice; this allows you to save and move to
time/place of your choice for experimentation rather than inadvertently
having problems in the middle of reading the mail.
