It is probably a site designed to discriminate against your
browser. If they don't like your browser the server is
instructed to refer you to the NOT FOUND page so as to deny
access to you. Many other web-sites are similarly designed
so as prevent access by people using browsers they don't like.
This is all part of the conspiracy to persuade you to "upgrade"
so that they can leach more money out of you. They are trying
to trick you into thinking that there is something defective
about your browser. The simple truth is that there is something
defective about people who would discriminate against someone
without cause. Why would anyone even want to access a page
designed by such snits?
