Yeah, I can tell you ...

The URL does a forward to a different address and the different address
has a blank space as the name of one directory!

When Arachne comes up against a blank space in a URL it uses the %20 to
so signify, and the server holding that page doesn't recognize the %20
as a space.

AFAIAC, anyone who uses a blank space for a directory name should be
shot ... without even waiting for dawn. <g>
