Hello again my fellow Arachnids:
On Thu, 19 Oct 2000 22:46:39 -0500, Samuel W. Heywood, i.e., I myself,
wrote concerning three lines of text in an email message seen as only two
lines when viewed with Arachne, the first and third lines being seen, but
the second line missing. When viewed within DOS shell as a CNM file all
three lines are seen. I sent the sample three lines of text to the list
and reported the phenomena.
Further experiments and observations:
I copied the CNM file to the mail directory of my old Arachne version
1.20 and also to the mail directory of my old Arachne version 1.41.
When I viewed these messages with my old Arachne versions, the results
were the same as with version 1.66.
Explanations anyone?
