Postscript and PDF gained popularity because of the Adobe tools used to
produce them. These days, though, I just as often find that these
documents were produced by a form of TeX. Better DVI readers, widely
available, would convince many to use that less error-prone, much more
efficient standard.
Anyone up to making those readers?
