Hello Or:

A problem with ISPs that install spam filters is that you will fail to
receive even legitimate messages if they should originate from an smtp
server listed on ORBS as an open spam relay. Sometimes you will fail
to receive legitimate messages even if the domain name appearing in the
sender's address is the same as the domain name of a known open spam
relay. For this reason I can't even use Telebot to send a perfectly
legitimate email message to my sister, even though I send it through
Shentel's smtp server. Her ISP is cstone.net. I don't think anyone
can use Telebot to send a message to anybody having an address at
cstone.net if spam filters are installed. Some legitimate
correspondents are forced to use an ISP that has an open spam relay
because there is no other ISP in their area having a local dial-up
number.

All the best,

Sam Heywood
