new EPPPD and IP addresses

Dear List:

    Good to hear from Stephan Baxter about the new Dos packet driver.
This confusion about how to log on seems to be systematic to new users
and was to me when I started using Arachne.  I still use BOOTP and think
that their is no alternative for me since my ISP uses dynamically
assigned IP addresses{Earthlink/Mindspring}.  However, other users with
other services will find this helpful.
