Now that sounds like something we can ALL use. How about it, gurus ?
A hot key, and/or ikon on the Utilities page generating a "mailto" form
in Insight, with a pre-loaded COMPLAINT.TXT, for editing out the non-
relevent complaint lines ?
I'd like to see that ! It will get a lot of use from me. :)
But I suggest it will have to be an unofficial customisation - there will
inevitably be some return fire, and it should not be directed at Michael
or Bernie.
