BasicLinux 1.3

The latest version of BasicLinux is now available at:

BasicLinux 1.3 includes several improvements:
- better help for new users
- built-in mouse capability
- additional editor (joe clone)
- upgraded versions of telnet and umount
- better formatting for fetchmail
- primitive word processor
- additional modules (eg. 3c59x)
- additional utilities (eg. reset)

Despite the new features, this version of BasicLinux 
is smaller than the last.
