I use DAAG, Disk at a Glance... 50-something KB.
It's old but good. I've no idea how it would behave with windoze long
directory names, though.
It draws coloured pie-charts showing disk usage as well as showing
a "tree" structure.
It's not on Simtel but I could email it to you if you like.
