Hi Gregy;
I'm happy to say that I don't have access to a W9x box right now so
I'm working from memory. Back in June I was messing with my brother's
computer and IIRC, this is what you do:
Type attrib in the root directory and you should get to see a hidden
file MSDOS.sys (I think). This will be a TEXT file. Flip whatever
attrib bits are necessary to make it visible and type: EDIT msdos.sys.
There is a line: BOOTGUI=1 change it to BOOTGUI=0.
Fix the invisibility bits back and there you go (maybe). <G>
