Maybe something like:
FIND /I /V "<BODY BG" $1 >find.tmp\n Del $1\n Ren find.tmp $1
I know it is not going to be as easy as the above because $1 contains a
full path that ren doesn't like - and you already know I don't like copy.
But maybe in this case it would be fast enough. <G>
