Sam,
Arachne doesn't (AFAIK) "directly" support the secure server pages
used by most of the dotcom e-tailers. This is also why you can use
many freebie ISP's but can't actually log-in for the first time
unless you use a browser that fully supports secure server pages.
There is a work around to get these pages to display (no doubt
someone else will tell you how to do this, I just use Netscrap) but I
don't think Arachne will access the e-tail charge card system which
is waht the https:// pages are there for.
