I won't attempt to guess what DOS Arachne can do based on what
Linux Arachne can do. There's a huge chasm between the two in
functionality... not to mention, I still haven't gotten around
to chasing down why Arachne doesn't want to work on my newly
reformatted drive yet. That's coming up on my to-do list here
pretty soon though.

  Since barnesandnoble.com won't even work with NS 3.04, I
doubt it'd work with Arachne.

I suspect cheapbytes.com will work with Arachne. They do
everything via cgi-bin, and I don't notice any JavaScript or
anything too fancy.

Same with borders.com. The "add to shopping bag" is done via
cgi, and I see no JS (except to display an ad), so I'm guessing
that borders will probably work with Arachne too.

Hey... only one way to find out, right? ;-)
