Office Skin?

What the heck is the difference between the "office skin" for Arachne and
the regular one?  I added the office skin, couldn't tell any difference (or
even if it had really loaded), and deleted it.  In retrospect, it may have
been missing those funky "cracks" in the icons at the top of the page.  But
is that all?  No cracks?
