No, it is not possible. Net-Tamer is strictly its own thing, having its
own dialer and packet driver compiled into the main EXE. It is possible
to use Net-Tamer to view messages downloaded by another mail client, but
you can't use Net-Tamer as an external program working from a connection
established by another program to download or to send messages.
