there is wimage.exe to create images from floppy disks and disks from
image files. It handles only floppys. In emergency You can use Norton's
disk editor for this purpose (works also with HDs) but it's veeeeery
slooooow :-(.
Wimage.exe was with the fdformat package I sent to some list members
some time ago. If You need it feel free to mail me.
