Yepp ... you're right ...
maybe they should update their license ...
because this is what counts ...

but this is great news !

 SE> drdos.org says that it's "free for non-commercial use"

SE> There's no mention of the license that I could see.
it's in the same dir as the download ;)

I have downloaded it ... if they are forced to shut down their site, than I
have a copy ;)))

SE> I suppose they want you to use it if you want, but if you're using it

sure ... this is 100% OK with me ...
But I really don't understand their doing ...
Why no annouce it on their website ...

SE> And I think if you're using it to make money--like at an internet

Not necessarily ...
example ... you own a cafe, and want to try if people would use an internet
connection, so you start with 1 computer ...
this is a single license, but still commercial

I don't think so ...
they say DOS is dead, let's forget that we spent money in order to buy the
code, and not even mention it anywhere on our site ...
we don't want the company having such an old fashioned image, that we still
play with DOS.

SE> I admit the situation is confusing.
yes ;))

But the really good news is, that they say you can download a copy for
non-commercial use ...
(it still does not say what you are permited to do with the copy after you
have downloaded it ;))))

I think they themselves don't know :))

 SE> is making it available.
_NOW_ I think so, too ;)
