Sam,
DR-DOS has FileLink for transferring files from one computer to another. I
have used it successfully using the serial port, but haven't been able to use
it successfully using the parallel port. PCAnywhere had a parallel cable
included in its package that was supposed to allow transfer using the
parallel port, but, as I said, I wasn't able to get it to work.
The thing that I like about Filelink is that it will *create* directories and
sub-directories during the transfer. Other programs seem to require the
directories and sub-directories to exist first.
