Have you tried the small icons? All the buttons you really need (IMHO)
right there in the upper right corner near the top of the vertical
scrollbar. You hardly need to move the mouse at all. I vastly prefer
it. Also I use the narrow sliders and no arrows.
What I would like would be a way to toggle directly between the small
icons and full screen. That would be truly convennient.
