v1.69 Toolbar... you promised!

Michael,

You promised that you'd reinstate the v1.67 Toolbar (2 lines, all buttons
on the right) in v1.69 as one of the F5 options...

PLEASE!!!

Put it back in v1.70. It's horrible having to go back and forth across
the screen to get to the different buttons.
