Hello Klaus:
I haven't checked out the specific URL you indicated, but this problem
is well-known. It is usually caused by webmasters who use bad or
non-compliant HTML. New gizmos are totally unnecessary to use for
simply activating a link, but most webmasters won't listen. They insist
on doing things their way instead of in a way that would make their
websites more universally accessible.
