Q(uick download of all links on the current page)

Where are all these links downloaded to? Where and how does the user find the
download files? Hopefully not somewhere in the CACHE with cryptic names?

There is a wget, originally for Unix, that can download all links, and can go
recursively several steps deeper, and can be used to mirror or download an http
or ftp site. A DOS version is linked at
http://www.rahul.net/dkaufman/
where there is also now a DOS Lynx386 supporting SSL. I'll have to try it on an
https.
