An easy step by step procedures:
1. Check the floppy/CD that came with the card (impossible in this case)
2. Try the PacketDrivers package (you did that)
3. Download the driver from the manufacturer (listing the ID in Windows is
the easiest way to find it out - that you did)
You apparently didn't do this (nr 3) since they are there - I did a search
on "Intel PRO/100+" and they had it - download the latest shipping drivers
and you get the packet driver (and other things you aren't interested in).
