I noticed that sexy virgin.scr file began with MZ, so maybe it was really an EXE
with a different name? But sexy virgin.scr name is too long for win 3.x and the
underlying DOS. I got another such message with attachment midgets.scr. In
these particular cases, it's a virus pretending to be a screensaver.

As for that MKCCGENK.EXE attachment with an empty text part and no Subject:, To:
or From:, and a blank return-path, I can't see why anybody would consciously run
such a program. Such an attachment would run only if the recipient was
configured to automatically run all executable attachments.
