Picview is a german shareware image viewer and converter. I found it on
a very ancient shareware CD someone has forgotten in the old CD-ROM
drive that he gave as a gift. I don't know if it is still maintained, but
I'll have a look and let You know. If You want to try I can zip my DOS
version and send it tu You.
