Can they be executed with some DOS systems, or do they all require
Windows 95 or higher in order to run?

Is there something you can do with your setup in Windows 95 to supress
the execution of SCRs?

Can you simply rename an SCR to a COM or an EXE and still be able to
execute it? Could it be executed from DOS if so renamed?
