Using 1.70 version dated 22 December 2001 [inside :> ] file date 22 Jan 2001 ... should be version 3? Going from 800x600 to high definition, the toolbar migrates from 'large icons top of screen' to large icons side of screen. Returning to 800x600 toolbar remains in place. Using small icons top of page, 1 line or 2, this does not occur. However, when using small top of page I notice that when going to editor the toolbar menu does not change to editor menu. I don't know if it did before, because I don't normally use small icons. But I think it should ... how else am I supposed to import a file to the text area? Just eyballing it, it appears that the 'editor menu' I have right now [toolbar top, large icons, hidef] would fit where the 2 line small icons toolbar top icon box is.
