I previously wrote:

Today I viewed the quotations page with 1.62, and it looked good. So the
bug must have been introduced some time after that.
Although I did not intend to attach a copy of the page to my msg, it's a
good thing I did, because it has uncovered another bug, in the way Arachne
attaches a page to an email.
Notice how the words "America" and "powerful" have been split and
letters deleted.
