Yes, damaging of arachne.cfg is not new.
I often experienced it in past versions (A1.60, A1.62), but rather at
the very beginning of arachne.cfg. Thus I could quickly recognize it
and replace the file.
IIRC it has never appeared in A1.66. I did not use 1.67-1.69. When
did this come up again? I there anybody who is sure that even
A1.70rev3 damages arachne.cfg?
