16-bit Opera has some of these capabilities, but is improved by the
freeware tool "About My Cache" -- which also works for IE and NN, and
allows selective deletion of cache contents.
Arachne's cache index is very useful for pages with images, but (unless
anyone knows better) you need to copy the whole cache elsewhere, then
copy the contents back into an empty Cache to view the pages at a later
date... so a "Save page with images" capability would be useful.
