Did as you said. SET TEMP=C:\TEMP in autoexec.bat, rebooted, started
Arachne and enabled "Cache local Objects". My setup is working fine.
No "Arachne Load Error" when selecting a message.

Tried that too. It doesn't work for me and I get lots of
"Arachne Load Error" pages.
SET TEMP=C:\TEMP
The above works. Setting TEMP to C:\HOGWASH would probably work too.
