Is this just my setup, or can anyone confirm this effect...???

1.  Turn Images OFF
2.  Click on either of the links below (these are just representative
    links - it seems to do it with any link).

3.  While page download is going on, Click on the "X" (Abort Transfer),
    hit "R" (Reload), or hit "EXC" (same as X).
4.  The "Donloading Page (1111111bytes read)" indicator runs away and
    begins to rapidly increase.
5.  This continues until it feels like stopping, then it will display
    as much of the page as was downloaded.  Sometimes it doesn't feel
    like stopping, and CTRL-ALT-DEL is the only thing that will make
    it cease its joyfull dance...<g>

This was using 1.70r3.  I tried 1.69 on this, and 1.69 does NOT do it...
