This website is one which consistently causes "runaway downloads" ...
I'm learning to handle them with minimal cussing because I generally
like the cartoons.
However, today I noticed something for the first time ... or it sank in
for the first time:
While the runaway download is in progress, the URL disappears from
the URL line and instead I see
file:%s
which alternates with
file://%s
The "file:%s" is on the line the majority of the time, with the
"file://%s" only fickering up there for a second or less at a time most
of the time.
This info may make it possible for Michael et alia to figure out what
the problem is; I've cc'd this to "bugs"
Can someone else possibly confirm this behavior at the site using
1.70v3?
