This isnt really an "Arachne" feature - more like a hardware feature
of your system.
My 486 can do this, while my P350 cant. I've found out about this
one about afew years ago. Pretty intresting, when you can use it.
Ofcourse, if you have an external modem instead of an internal one,
I sepose that its always possible, unlike with our current internal
modems that seems to be usually affected by the reboot.
Basicly, your system can do it with almost any terminal program,
though I would heavily suggest not to count on it when using Windows.
(I dont think there's any PPP dialer for it that can understand
the concept of "allready connected".)
